Your journey begins with mandatory in-person  training, spread across three months from our office. The next training starts on 23rd of March, and full attendance is required. As a Vendor Operations Representative, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring restaurants are seamlessly onboarded, trained, and supported on our platform. You’ll be the driving force behind successful vendor activation and early performance, delivering outstanding service and guidance at every step.

What You’ll Do

Onboarding & Activation

• Review and validate onboarding documentation to ensure vendors meet platform requirements

• Create and quality-check content before vendor activation

• Lead onboarding calls and training sessions to walk vendors through the app/device setup

• Activate vendors once all onboarding steps are complete

Vendor Support & Enablement

• Act as the go-to contact for newly onboarded vendors during their first 60 days

• Provide proactive performance support, addressing issues and guiding improvement

• Run targeted activities to drive vendor engagement and success

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer literacy (we work across multiple systems)

• Fluency in English and Norwegian spoken and written.

• Previous experience in service - such as hospitality or customer support - is a big plus
