You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as we scale from an early-stage startup into a category-defining company.
Mission with real impact. You’ll help the world’s most important companies - the ones that actually make things - stay competitive and sustainable in the face of labor shortages and rising costs.
Rocketship growth. With fresh Series A funding and global manufacturers as customers, we’re entering a massive growth phase.
Career acceleration. Clear path to Account Executive within 12-15 months. You’ll learn to sell deep-tech, AI-driven enterprise deals with six-digit ACVs.
Tight team, high standards. You’ll work directly with our founders and AEs, learning the craft of enterprise sales from the ground up.
Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe.
Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders - the people running factories day to day.
Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Executives.
Partner closely with your AE to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback.
Help us scale our go-to-market playbook as we grow.
1-3 years in B2B sales or sales development (software experience helps, but curiosity and drive matter more).
You move fast, take initiative, and have grit.
Strong communication skills - written, spoken, and over the phone.
Comfortable talking to engineers, production managers, and factory leaders.
Organized and disciplined - you keep clean notes and know your numbers.
Goal-oriented and motivated by learning and growth.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall.
Familiarity with automation tools (Clay, n8n, or similar).
Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing tech.
