OUR NEW  IT Workplace SPECIALIST 

As an IT Workplace Specialist you will support locally our company office in Vilnius working with local workplace and network setup, hardware provisioning to company employees and training end-users. 

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigate and resolve issues related to employee workplace
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by company employees
• Maintain and perform maintenance of company IT assets
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding of employees 
• Monitor, track and document all hardware and other equipment

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as fluent in English
• Good knowledge on computer hardware technology and properties
• High level of professionalism while dealing with challenging work situations
• Proactive in contributing to organisational success
• Problem-solving, time-management, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to take initiative
• Bonus points if you are acquainted with the Microsoft suite: Intune, Entra, M365

It would be awesome, if you have:

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Workplace tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud-based endpoint management solution
