DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.
We are currently seeking a Temporary - Project Manager to join our team. As a Temporary Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing various project assets. Your expertise in handling video and photo files, along with your strong organizational skills, will be critical to our success.
Your Impact
● Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules.
● Provide accurate estimates for small projects.
● Regularly review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality-
checked, and closed out.
● Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives.
● Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
● Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset
development.
● Ensure all creative assets adhere to campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client
brand guidelines.
● Download, label, and appropriately upload video and photo files as required.
● Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
Your Experience
● 2-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in project management
