Role Purpose
The Territory Manager – Northeast owns the commercial performance of the territory. This role is accountable for protecting and growing the existing customer base while developing new customers, applications, and channel opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own full commercial performance of the Northeast territory
Protect and grow the existing customer base through proactive engagement and disciplined execution
Expand share of wallet, product penetration, and strategic depth within current accounts
Identify, develop, and onboard new customers, distributors, and channel opportunities
Align distributors and brokers to territory growth objectives
Execute territory plans that balance revenue growth, margin discipline, and brand integrity
Identify competitive risks, churn signals, and whitespace opportunities early
Maintain accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline accountability
Represent Diversified Botanics consistently and professionally in the field

What You Bring
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a regulated or operationally complex environment
Proven success managing and growing multi-state territories
Strong commercial judgment and negotiation discipline
Comfort operating with autonomy, accountability, and clear performance expectations

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated success retaining and expanding existing B2B accounts
Ability to manage territory planning, travel, and prioritization independently
Strong communication, forecasting, and CRM discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Experience expanding territories through new customers, applications, or channels
Distributor or broker management experience
Industry experience in regulated, technical, or compliance-driven markets
