What You’ll Do

• Own full commercial execution across the Southeast territory

• Translate national sales strategy into disciplined, local market execution

• Retain and expand existing distributor and key account relationships

• Develop new customers, channels, and applications across the region

• Execute territory plans that balance growth, margin discipline, and brand integrity

• Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging competitive threats early

• Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues before they escalate

• Maintain accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline accountability

• Represent Diversified Botanics consistently and professionally throughout the Southeast

What You Bring

• 5+ years of field B2B sales experience with multi-state responsibility

• Proven success managing complex or emerging markets

• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution discipline

• Comfort operating autonomously with clear accountability

This role requires both executional strength and independent judgment. Minimum qualifications ensure day-one readiness. Preferred qualifications reflect depth, versatility, and upward potential.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated success retaining and expanding B2B accounts

• Ability to manage territory planning, travel, and prioritization independently

• Strong communication, forecasting, and pipeline management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Nashville or Atlanta

• Experience scaling territories in emerging or regulated markets

• Distributor or channel management experience
