The Enterprise Operations team is the operational backbone of Global IT at DoorDash. We keep employees productive and technology running reliably across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, owning everything from service desk delivery and hardware lifecycle management to device supply chain, financial planning, and enterprise process improvement. We're in the middle of a meaningful build: integrating three companies into a unified global IT operating model and raising the standard for how enterprise technology supports a world-class workforce.
We’re hiring a Director, Enterprise Operations to lead a multi-functional team and own the performance, cost, and reliability of IT operations globally. You’ll drive the organizational integration already underway, aligning processes, vendors, and tooling across three brands, while maintaining the day-to-day operations that keep employees productive. You will report into the Head of Global IT in our Global IT organization.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/11/26.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
