The Marketing AI Enablement role sits at the center of that work, helping the organization use AI in practical, scalable, and responsible ways.
We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative, and execution-oriented operator to help shape how Marketing uses AI across the org. This role will lead AI enablement for Marketing, support the intake and prioritization of AI opportunities, and partner with teams to turn promising ideas into repeatable workflows, tools, and operating practices.
This role is designed to help Marketing move from fragmented experimentation to a unified, workflow-aligned AI operating model that creates measurable business value. It is a blend of strategy, program management, change management, and hands-on enablement.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/25/26.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
