The Opportunity

The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, delivering the best performance with minimal human effort.

As a Programmatic Account Manager / Programmatic Specialist, your role will be to work with & educate campaign managers and traders on how to use and leverage the Scibids software. Two of the key objectives for the role will be to offer first-class service & increased adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem-solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills.

This is a remote based role.

Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:

• Onboarding – leading with the onboarding of new clients
• Be the main point of contact for any client questions or concerns – own specific client relationships from an Account Management perspective
• Lead training sessions & improve the knowledge and skills of your clients
• Lead impact review sessions, proving the ROI of Scibids & why we are a focal point of their plan
• Strategize with your sales lead to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
• Problem-solving, working with the wider Scibids team to get answers to potential issues
• First class custom service, we strive to have an approach that is forward thinking and opportunistic, given that we love to build strong working relationships with our clients, and the foundations of this come from the service

Qualifications Preferred qualifications:

• Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space
• Has experience working on at least DV360 or The Trade Desk and good to have experience on Google Ads, Meta or TikTok
• Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
• Start up environment experience would be an asset
• A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
• Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog. Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members
• While we offer remote working for this role, proximity to Metro Manila is required to attend key in-person client briefings and events

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
