Job Summary:
The Senior Channel Business Manager (Sr. CBM) is responsible for driving revenue growth through key partnerships and alliances. This individual will lead efforts with VARs, MSSPs, & system integrators. Candidates will need a proven track record of strategic and analytical problem solving with the ability to work cross-functionally both within Drata and with partners. CBM’s who are able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with partners while staying focused and organized are positioned well to succeed at Drata.
This role will be managing East Coast partnerships so we will be hiring in one of the following locations: NYC, NJ, Connecticut or Boston.
What you’ll do:
Expand Drata’s market reach by developing and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise solution providers, including Optiv, WWT, CDW, SHI, and others.
Own executive and field-level relationships within these partners to drive alignment, mindshare, and long-term joint success.
Build and execute joint business plans and strategic programs with each partner, defining shared goals, target accounts, co-selling motions, and revenue targets.
Enable and empower partner sales, solutions, and delivery teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement so they can effectively position, sell, and deliver Drata to their customers.
Develop and implement strategies to integrate Drata into service-led offerings, including security, risk, and compliance advisory services provided by these partners.
Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in GTM partnerships, operations, and/or strategy
Great interpersonal skills so you can collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues in other disciplines and cultures
Preferred background in the SaaS and/or technology space
Ability to gain the trust of senior management across a multitude of industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A top performer with a considerable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Self-starter who brings ideas to life and takes pride in results
Resourceful, finding ways to get things done regardless of the obstacles
Technical background preferred

This role will receive a competitive base salary, variable compensation, benefits, and/or stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable range of On-Target Earnings (OTE) for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected OTE ranges for this role are set forth below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $223,900 - $276,600
Tier 2: $201,500 - $249,000
Tier 3: $179,100 - $221,200

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
