What you'll be doing in this role

• Own customer outcomes end-to-end — from onboarding to expansion, ensuring customers achieve their business outcomes with Duna.

• Bridge technical and business needs — translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for our engineering team.

• Embed with customers — understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals to serve as their trusted advisor.

• Help shape product direction — be the voice of the customer in product planning and feature prioritization.

• Drive implementation and adoption — work hands-on with customers to configure, optimize, and scale their use of Duna.

• Build relationships at all levels — from technical teams to C-suite executives, becoming their go-to person for anything product related.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of relevant experience — strategy consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), investment banking, solutions engineering, or startup experience.

• Relationship building skills — ability to map organizations, identify key stakeholders, and run structured, high-quality customer conversations while maintaining trust.

• Systems thinking & project management — proven ability to manage complex projects, connect dots between teams, and understand the broader business.

• Startup mindset & collaboration — excelling in fast-moving environments, proactive, collaborative energy with product/engineering/sales, and genuine love for solving customer problems.

Nice to have:

• Technical acumen — ability to understand technical architectures.

• Computer science, engineering, or Math degree — with basic coding ability.

• Product management experience — previously worked as a product manager.
