Role Overview
We are seeking a highly collaborative Demand Generation Manager to support pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and sales enablement, focusing on new logo, target ICP and “Must-Win” accounts. We're also looking for someone excited to bring agentic AI and AI-enabled tools into how these programs are built and run — from surfacing in-market accounts to personalizing outreach at scale.
This role partners closely with Sales, SDRs, and regional field marketing teams to develop and execute coordinated campaigns that help open doors, accelerate engagement, and create pipeline within strategic global enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, organized, data-driven, and experienced in running multi-channel campaigns aligned to sales priorities.
Rather than owning broad global demand strategy, this role will focus on campaign execution, account engagement programs, and sales-aligned marketing initiatives that support revenue goals in priority territories and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI & Marketing Innovation
- Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows to identify accounts showing buying intent, prioritize outreach, and personalize messaging at scale.
- Pilot AI agents to support account and contact research, campaign personalization, and follow-up sequencing — reducing manual lift on account engagement programs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to integrate intent data and AI-driven account scoring into campaign targeting and prioritization.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to evaluating new AI-enabled marketing platforms that can improve targeting precision and campaign velocity.
Pipeline Enablement
- Execute sales enablement and late-stage engagement campaigns for accounts with active open opportunities or upcoming renewals, helping accelerate deal velocity and reduce churn risk.
- Build remarketing and lifecycle nurture programs that keep active opportunities and renewal accounts engaged through the final stages of the buying and retention cycle.
- Support enablement initiatives by creating digital nurtures and sales cadences, syndication campaigns, enabled by agentic AI, that ensure messaging alignment, and follow-up workflows
- Help activate and promote EDB content assets, customer stories, demos, webinars, and thought leadership programs to the ICP, including accounts in opportunities or approaching renewal.
- Vertical & Intent-Based Marketing: Design and execute marketing plays that group priority accounts by vertical, industry, and tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly.
- Use intent signals and account engagement data to identify which accounts and verticals to prioritize for personalized, company specific experience
- Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to align messaging for ICP match and account-type personas.
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel programs supporting these plays, including email, webinars, LinkedIn, digital programs, executive events, gifting, and content syndication.
Campaign Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Support pipeline generation goals across assigned accounts, regions, and campaigns.
- Track campaign engagement, MQL performance, account activity, and pipeline influence metrics.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize targeting, messaging, and channel performance based on results, increasingly using AI-enabled analytics and agents to surface optimization opportunities faster.
- Maintain strong alignment with Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely follow-up and visibility into campaign impact.
- Contribute insights and reporting for quarterly pipeline reviews and campaign planning discussions.
Campaign Operations & Lead Flow
- Coordinate campaign execution within marketing operations tools (such as Marketo and Salesforce and/or an agentic CRM)
- Support list segmentation, lead routing, nurture workflows, and campaign tracking processes, leveraging AI-enabled automation where possible to speed up execution.
- Ensure campaign data quality, SLA alignment, and reporting accuracy across assigned programs.
Sales & Regional Alignment
- Work closely with sales teams and regional field marketers to support strategic account engagement efforts and pipeline creation activities.
- Partner with SDR teams to align campaign follow-up and outreach execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Operations, and Customer Marketing teams to execute coordinated account-focused campaigns.
Qualifications
Required
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based / sales enablement marketing, field marketing, or campaign marketing.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to enterprise sales teams or strategic accounts.
- Familiarity with sales enablement programs, late-stage account engagement, renewal/expansion plays, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
- Strong project management and campaign coordination skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Curiosity about and comfort with AI-enabled marketing tools, with an interest in using agentic AI to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign velocity.
Preferred
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise software, cloud, data, or infrastructure technology organizations.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms, verticalized/ICP-based messaging strategies, and 1:few account engagement tactics.
- Experience using AI agents or AI-enabled tools for account research, personalization, or campaign automation.
