We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you’ll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, research, and leadership teams to re-imagine what great technical hiring looks like at scale.
You’ll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that’s redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar.

Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond.
Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience.
Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights.
Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years).
Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing.
Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused.
Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built.
Bonus:
Experience hiring for research, infrastructure, systems, or other deeply technical roles.
Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
Background in high-growth startups or similarly fast-moving environments.
A builder’s mindset: you experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine recruiting playbooks and processes.
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
