Your Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on analytics professional to turn complex business challenges into actionable insights.

• Lead end-to-end analytics: Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, build data products, and implement measurement systems that scale across teams.

• Drive advanced analytics: Introduce methods like predictive modelling and causal inference to elevate decision-making across the company.

• Mentor and collaborate: Coach stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and used to guide strategic choices.

Your Skills

• Business & communication: Strong business acumen with excellent data storytelling skills — making complex insights actionable.

• Analytics & programming: Advanced SQL expertise and statistical programming (Python, R, etc.), including predictive analytics and causal inference.

• Reporting and Data modelling: Hands-on with BI tools (Superset, Looker, Tableau, …), data modelling (dbt preferred), and ELT/ETL processes (Airflow).

• Leadership & impact: Proven track record of delivering impact at scale and mentoring others to elevate analytics maturity.
