About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Incubation & Innovation team. This role is responsible for identifying, validating, and launching new AI-driven product capabilities that address real customer needs and create durable business value. This role is well-suited for a product manager who understands how to innovate within a scaled SaaS environment and translate experimentation into impact.
About the Team:
You will work within a small, cross-functional incubation team, operating with clear goals, fast learning cycles, and high accountability. While this role focuses on early-stage discovery and experimentation, success is measured by outcomes—validated demand, scalable solutions, and clear paths to revenue, retention, or efficiency gains.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve hiring outcomes, platform differentiation, and customer ROI
- Lead structured discovery and validation efforts, including customer interviews, market analysis, and rapid experimentation
- Define product hypotheses, MVPs, success metrics, and decision frameworks to evaluate investment and scale potential
- Partner with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality prototypes and early product iterations
- Translate emerging AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, automation, decision support) into commercially viable, customer-ready solutions
- Balance speed with rigor—ensuring solutions are reliable, explainable, and aligned with customer expectations
- Communicate product vision, progress, learnings, and business impact to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to repeatable incubation and innovation processes that support ongoing growth and portfolio expansion
What You Bring:
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience leading early-stage or 0→1 product initiatives within a scaled organization
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products or working closely with AI/ML teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes and tradeoffs
- Ability to operate effectively in a PE-backed or results-driven environment with clear expectations and accountability
- Excellent communication skills across technical teams and executive stakeholders
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience in hiring, HR tech, or workforce technology
- Familiarity with responsible AI, governance, and enterprise compliance requirements
- Experience balancing innovation with platform stability, security, and scale
