- Financial planning & analysis of G&A expenses and headcount
- Analysis and reporting of financial monthly results, variance analysis, cost modelling
- Reporting on operational KPIs
- Support Group FP&A with Annual Budgets
- Other ad-hoc financial and operational analysis
Essential
Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role:
- FP&A or Financial/Reporting Analyst/Controlling
- Very strong analytical skills, numerical and modelling skills
- Excel skills (pivots, look-ups as a minimum)
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills and good conflict management
Desirable
- Oracle knowledge (i.e. SmartView, PBCS, Oracle BI, Hyperion) for financial analysis/forecasting activities
- CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certification
