Job Summary

Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives by helping coordinate internal events, communications, and day-to-day engagement activities. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help create a positive employee experience through engaging content, event support, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with creating and publishing content for internal communication channels and social media.
• Help coordinate Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and local campaigns.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for events, projects, and engagement activities.
• Maintain engagement assets, including photos, videos, and communication materials.
• Respond to employee queries and support collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Assist with ordering branded materials and supporting purchasing-related activities.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Interest in employee engagement, communications, marketing, or events.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive working relationships.

“For this position, the gross base salary starts with PLN 5 883 PLN Gross per month (full-time employment contract), determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset, experience and role responsibilities.
