We are looking for a skilled Netcracker Engineer / Analyst to support the design, configuration, analysis, and optimization of Netcracker-based solutions within a complex telecom environment. This role works closely with business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support Netcracker applications (e.g., BSS/OSS modules such as Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, or Mediation).
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Netcracker configurations or solution designs.
Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues.
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Support system integrations with external platforms using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
Participate in testing activities (unit, system, UAT support) and defect resolution.
Ensure solutions align with performance, security, and scalability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Netcracker (BSS/OSS) in a telecom environment.
Strong understanding of telecom business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, billing, provisioning, etc.).
Experience with configuration and customization of Netcracker modules.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP), integration patterns, and data flows.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
