About the Role
Our digital product team plays a critical role in enabling innovative healthcare experiences and supporting the evolution of a leading kidney care platform. We are looking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst who is passionate about solving complex business problems through digital products and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX researchers, designers, and healthcare professionals to define, validate, and deliver impactful digital solutions. You will help drive product outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of critical clinical capabilities.
What You'll Do
Product Discovery & Strategy
Partner with product leadership to refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with UX, research, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, shadowing sessions, and discovery activities.
Translate business objectives into actionable product opportunities and solution hypotheses.
Contribute to the definition and validation of user-centric experiences through rapid feedback and usability testing.
Product Delivery & Execution
Support product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure solutions achieve desired business outcomes.
Facilitate story mapping sessions and support backlog refinement activities.
Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Identify and manage dependencies across teams and product areas.
Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and release activities.
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk stakeholders to ensure products meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
Support communication and enablement activities related to new product capabilities and releases.
Data-Driven Product Management
Define, track, and monitor OKRs and product success metrics.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
Leverage product analytics and user insights to continuously improve product performance.
Evaluate and prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, and strategic alignment.
Contribute to outcome-focused product decisions that deliver measurable value to users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related digital product roles.
Experience working with digital products, web applications, or mobile applications throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and product requirements.
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog management activities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable product solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in fast-changing environments.
Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in healthcare, health technology, clinical platforms, or regulated industries.
Experience supporting product discovery activities, user interviews, workshops, journey mapping, or usability testing.
Familiarity with OKRs, product metrics, and outcome-based product management practices.
Experience leveraging analytics and user insights to drive product decisions.
Experience building or supporting products from concept through launch.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical workflows, healthcare operations, or nephrology-related domains.
Experience working with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Experience creating business cases, presentations, process documentation, or complex analytical models.
Product Owner, Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, or Product Management certifications are considered a plus.
