Senior SME - Functional Expert

• Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaisebetween Unisystem and Finastra teams​

• Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshopsOnsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.​

• Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Businessconfiguration​

• Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.​

• Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc​

• Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.​

• Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, FunctionalSpecifications, Use Cases)

• 7+ years experience

• Must have strong experience in GPP
