As the Product Design Director for FinTech you’ll shape the future of how businesses manage spend, pay with confidence, and earn value through one of the most generous rewards platforms in travel. You’ll guide the team building powerful tools for direct billing, insights, credit cards, and rewards, crafting experiences that feel fast, clear, and trustworthy. You’ll partner across the company to keep design at the center of a financial ecosystem that’s growing quickly and innovating even faster.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
