About the Role
We’re looking for aSenior Full-Stack Engineerto join our team and help build the next generation of healthcare infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack to design and ship high-performance software that integrates with real-world clinical workflows, revenue cycle systems, and patient data pipelines.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives inproduct-oriented engineering, wants to own features end-to-end, and is passionate about solving meaningful problems in healthcare using cutting-edge technologies.

What You’ll Do
Build high-performance frontend interfaces usingReact and TypeScript
Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices inJava
Work with LLMs and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations
Integrate with healthcare platforms (e.g. EMRs, PMs, clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces
Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of workflows
Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure our tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use

2+ years of experience writing production Java(Spring Boot preferred)
5+ years of experience across the stack (frontend/backend/cloud)
Strong proficiency inReact, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
Experience working withRedis,AWS infrastructure, andreal-time APIs
Familiarity withLLMs, AI tooling, or interest in integrating smart agent workflows
A bias towardshipping fast, making pragmatic decisions, and iterating
A high degree of autonomy and ownership—you’re comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch
