About the role:
We are looking for a Engineering Director to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for this product line as a true business and platform. The core challenge is packaging Ethos capabilities into configurable, independently deployable products that carriers can launch, operate, and continuously improve for their distribution channels.
You will lead discovery with carriers, define scalable platform primitives and modules, and drive an operating model that balances reusable roadmap investments with carrier specific configuration. You will partner deeply with Product, Design, Underwriting, Implementation, Security, Compliance, and GTM to deliver outcomes: faster carrier launches, higher conversion and placement, and lower cost to serve.

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$287,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
