Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Site Lead (Business Partner & IT Recruiter) for our new Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte. This role is critical for establishing and scaling the operation from the ground up, including local HR infrastructure, talent acquisition strategy, culture building, compliance, and leadership engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
You will act as the main HR partner for Technology and Delivery Center leaders, becoming their trusted advisor in all people-related matters. You will support managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent development, compensation structures, and employee relations. In this role, you will implement HR programs, policies, and best practices, ensuring full alignment with company standards as well as Brazilian labor law. You will lead onboarding processes, probation follow-ups, engagement actions, and retention initiatives, while actively supporting organizational development, capability building, and cultural integration. You will also handle employee relations cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with CLT regulations.
IT Talent Acquisition
You will be responsible for building the recruitment engine for the new site from the ground up, defining recruitment processes, tools, KPIs, and vendor partnerships. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including Software Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data positions. Your work will include leading sourcing strategies, market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent pipeline development. You will ensure an excellent candidate experience and make sure hiring decisions are closely aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across global locations to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
Site Leadership
You will act as the local site leader, representing the Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte. You will establish the operational foundations of the site, including office setup, vendor management, local HR processes, and compliance. You will actively promote a positive company culture, strong engagement practices, and a compelling employer brand in the local market. Working closely with global and regional leadership teams, you will help execute the LATAM expansion strategy. You will monitor site KPIs, headcount growth, and overall operational health, while ensuring health and safety standards, employee well-being initiatives, and compliance with local regulations.
Strategic Projects
You will lead the launch and scaling of the Belo Horizonte operation, playing a key role in shaping its long-term success. You will participate in regional HR projects across LATAM, including policy harmonization, culture initiatives, and talent programs. You will implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level and support internal communication efforts as well as internal employer branding activities.
Required Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring at least seven years of progressive HR experience, with strong HR Business Partner expertise supporting technology teams. You have solid experience in IT recruitment, ideally gained in high-growth or multinational environments. You are confident in managing HR operations in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and have proven experience launching HR processes or operations from scratch, whether in a startup or expansion context. You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are comfortable working independently, making decisions, and acting as a trusted advisor, while staying highly organized, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
Preferred Qualifications
You have experience working in multinational technology companies or IT Delivery Centers. You have previously acted as a Site Lead, People Manager, or HR owner of a location. You are familiar with global HR tools such as ATS, HRIS, and learning platforms, and you understand Agile, DevOps, or IT delivery environments. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage
