Your Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist with Evergreen Nephrology, you are responsible for designing and developing high-impact training for our organization. You’ll partner with our clinical educator and other subject matter experts across all teams to create meaningful learning experiences for our team members. You will ensure that all learning designs are evidence-informed, scalable, and learner-centric. You will be the primary administrator for our Learning Management System, handling tasks such as uploading and testing learning content, overseeing assignments, and preparing reports.
Role Responsibilities
This role's primary duties include the following:
Learning Design/Development:
- Conduct appropriate analyses to identify skill and knowledge gaps to improve performance on the job
- Oversee orientation and onboarding logistics and assist in facilitation of new hire onboarding
- Design, develop and manage annual compliance training processes in partnership with Legal & Compliance teams
- Collaborate with the Clinical Educator and other SMEs to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences for a variety of roles and clinical programs
- Serve as a thought partner to leaders and SMEs to influence learning design, rollout, and reinforcement strategies
- Design learning experiences for leadership development, role-based training, new team member onboarding, AI utilization, and other programs/initiatives, as needed
- Design and develop elearning courses, microlearning, and assessments
- Design and develop performance support materials (e.g. job aids, reference guides, toolkits)
- Leverage LinkedIn Learning to support ongoing education and training initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
- Ensure learning content meets organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Partner with SMEs to regularly review and refresh content as roles, tools, or regulations evolve
- Support continuous improvement of all learning and development programs and initiatives
Learning Systems Administration:
- Manage our current LMS (WorkRamp) end-to-end, including integration with our HRIS (Rippling), user permissions, assignments, and system settings
- Upload, test, and manage the lifecycle of training content
- Serve as the primary escalation point for LMS-related issues and system questions
- Ensure completion records are accurate for regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements
- Utilize LMS tools and Microsoft Excel to generate, analyze, and interpret learning system data into meaningful dashboards and reports
- Manage LinkedIn Learning administration, including assignments, data analysis, and reporting
- Document LMS processes, workflows, and user guidance to support sustainability and knowledge transfer
- Monitor trends in participation, completion, assessment results, and learner engagement to inform improvements
- Manage LMS vendor relationship, including support tickets, enhancements, and roadmap discussions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design in a business setting
- Minimum 1-year of experience with direct responsibility for LMS administration
- Intermediate skills with Articulate 360, specifically Storyline and Rise
- Intermediate skills with Snagit and Camtasia Studio
- Strong visual design skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create job-realistic learning scenarios
- Ability to identify and solve technical problems related to content, user access, or system errors
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your instructional design and visual design skills
- Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
- Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
- Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
- Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Human Performance Improvement models
- Experience designing microlearning in 7taps
- Experience designing job aids, guides, etc. using Canva
- Experience with Articulate Reach Pro
- Experience with WorkRamp LMS
- Experience managing a LinkedIn Learning enterprise account
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled assistants and tools in your workflow
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, and other role-specific factors.
This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
