About the role
The Marketing Specialist, Regional Campaigns is responsible for executing and managing regional and state-level marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Campaigns Manager, this role focuses on day-to-day coordination, implementation, and delivery of localized campaigns that drive demand and generate pipeline. The role works closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, delivered on time, and optimized for results.

Regional Campaign Execution & Project Management:
- Execute regional and state-level marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, email, events, and webinars.
- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of campaign elements, ensuring that all content, assets, and messaging are delivered according to timelines.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project deadlines.
- Work with the Campaigns Manager to align on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables, seeking guidance as needed.
Collaboration with Sales & Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure that regional campaigns are aligned with local market needs and sales priorities.
- Work with internal teams (content, design, digital) to coordinate the creation and distribution of campaign assets tailored to regional audiences.
- Maintain regular communication with sales to provide updates on campaign progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that sales teams are properly briefed on campaign messaging, goals, and timelines to ensure follow-up with leads.
Custom Content Coordination for Local Markets:
- Coordinate the creation of localized marketing materials (emails, landing pages, ads) that resonate with specific regional and state audiences.
- Customize content based on regional market needs, personas, and sales inputs to improve campaign relevance and engagement.
- Work with internal content and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of localized assets for each campaign.
Multi-Channel Campaign Delivery & Coordination:
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that the right messaging and tactics are deployed for each regional audience.
- Coordinate digital, email, and offline activities such as events to ensure a cohesive and integrated campaign approach.
- Manage the logistics and execution of webinars as part of broader regional campaign efforts, ensuring seamless integration into overall campaign plans.
Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Optimization:

- Track and report on the performance of regional campaigns, monitoring metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Provide regular updates to the Regional and ABM Campaigns Manager on campaign results and any challenges encountered during execution.
- Identify areas for improvement in campaign performance, making tactical adjustments to optimize engagement and pipeline generation.
- Assist in analyzing the impact of regional campaigns on pipeline growth and overall ROI, working with the manager to improve future efforts.
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior-level marketing role, including experience in ABM campaign activities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Ability to work closely with sales, content, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and execution.
- Experience in SaaS marketing
- Demonstrated communication and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset and leadership skills
