Job description

 

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of scalable and reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with .NET backend development and cloud technologies, with an interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices, including Claude, AI agents, and skills, to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.

The role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to technical decisions.

We are also looking for someone who can have a positive impact on the engineering team by supporting and mentoring less experienced developers, sharing best practices, providing thoughtful code reviews, and helping raise the overall technical quality of the team.
