Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.
Trust, safety, and platform integrity are foundational to Fanvue’s ability to scale responsibly. As our platform, creator base, and AI capabilities grow, this role is critical to ensuring we protect users, enable creator freedom, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards at scale.
🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Trust and Safety to build and lead Fanvue’s global trust and safety function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing scalable systems that protect the platform, mitigate risk, and enable sustainable growth.
This is not a reactive moderation role. You will define strategy, build teams and tooling, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to ensure Fanvue grows with integrity, resilience, and transparency.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Own Fanvue’s trust and safety strategy, operating model, and roadmap across moderation, enforcement, and risk management
Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed Trust and Safety team, including hiring, training, quality assurance, and performance management
Define, maintain, and evolve community guidelines, enforcement policies, and escalation frameworks
Lead response to high-risk, sensitive, or high-impact incidents with clear judgement and accountability
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to design and scale safety tooling, including AI-assisted moderation and enforcement systems
Define and track trust and safety KPIs, producing clear, exec-level reporting on platform health, risks, and trends
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, platform obligations, and industry best practices
Act as the internal authority on trust, safety, and platform integrity, influencing product decisions and company strategy
👀 Who You Are
Senior experience leading Trust and Safety, moderation, or platform integrity functions at a UGC, marketplace, or creator platform
Proven people leader with experience building and scaling teams in fast-growing environments
Strong systems thinker who can design scalable frameworks rather than relying on manual review
Comfortable working with high-risk or sensitive content and making nuanced, defensible decisions
Experienced leveraging AI and automation to improve safety outcomes and operational efficiency
Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex trade-offs to senior stakeholders
Calm under pressure, with strong judgement in ambiguous or high-stakes situations
✨ You’ll Thrive Here If
You see trust and safety as a core business function, not a compliance afterthought
You enjoy building systems from first principles and scaling them responsibly
You are comfortable owning hard decisions and defending them with clarity and data
You operate with high autonomy and accountability
You care deeply about protecting users while enabling creator success
⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If
You prefer reactive, checklist-driven moderation approaches
You avoid ambiguity or struggle with nuanced decision-making
You need constant direction or validation
You are uncomfortable challenging teams or leadership when safety standards are at risk
