The Customer Success Engineering team is responsible for ensuring that Feedzai solutions are successfully implemented, integrated, optimized, and supported throughout the customer lifecycle. Our mission is to build new product capabilities, but to deeply understand the product and leverage its full potential to solve complex customer problems. We work directly with enterprise customers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring successful deployments, operational excellence, and long-term customer success.
As an Advanced Customer Success Engineer, you are an experienced software engineer with a strong implementation mindset. You are comfortable reading, writing, and debugging production-quality code, but your primary focus is delivering successful customer solutions through implementation, integrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical leadership.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers and a technical reference within Customer Success, collaborating closely with Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success Managers, and customer technical teams.
The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable them to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them, and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle.
