Support Coordinator (Night Shift)

What you’ll get to do in this role:

• Dive into the world of customer inquiries with finesse, whether it's through the art of phone calls or service cloud 
• Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied
• Keep communication top of mind by recording all details, performing internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities, and being the go-to expert on all things Field Nation. 

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations
• Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party. 
• A knack for attention to detail; it’s not just a trait; it’s a way of life for you

Other Details:

• This is a full-time, hybrid position (We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays for community building)
• Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh and hours generally range from 8 pm - 5 am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)
