We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing UKI team. In this role, you’ll partner with leading enterprise customers in the Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel industries to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll manage a full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve results. You’ll also play an important role in helping customers understand how trusted, automated data pipelines can unlock better AI outcomes and accelerate their broader data strategy.

This is a full-time position based remotely in the UK or Ireland, with a strong preference for candidates located in the London or Dublin areas. For candidates in or near London, you’ll have the opportunity to spend time in our brand new London office, which is home to a strong and growing UK team culture across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, and wider Fivetran functions.

Technologies You’ll Use

Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Looker, Demandware, Ironclad, Workday and modern Enterprise AI tools to improve prospecting, account research, prioritisation, messaging quality, and overall sales effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.
• Learn the fundamentals of Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.
• Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach. Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.
• Build pipeline opportunities by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, and by working with technology partners and GSIs.
• Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
• Help enterprise customers connect Fivetran’s value to their most important business priorities, including AI readiness, analytics modernisation, operational efficiency, and trusted data access.
• Use AI thoughtfully and effectively to increase productivity, improve account planning, strengthen written communication, generate sharper insights, and create higher-quality customer-facing output.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.
• As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.
