Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment for their disease, the field of Obesity Medicine is entering a period of rapid growth. Form Health provides high-quality expert care and leverages technology to enhance the patient experience. All Form Health patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. Form Health is building a clinical-grade care platform that powers longitudinal obesity and cardiometabolic treatment at national scale. The software we build directly impacts how patients access care, how clinicians deliver it, and how our operations run reliably and efficiently. We’re hiring a Senior/Staff level Software Engineer to own and evolve critical systems that support patient experiences, clinical workflows, and operational infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work on high-impact product and platform initiatives that require strong technical judgment, thoughtful architecture, and close cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who thrives in complex domains, operates with high ownership, and can translate ambiguous real-world requirements into reliable, scalable systems. You’ll partner closely with product, clinical, and operations leaders to deliver safe, incremental improvements that meaningfully impact patient care.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
