Nexus Marketing is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing Start Class!
We’re hiring 5 exceptional individuals into full-time roles. This 6-month, full-time, paid training program is designed for individuals interested in developing key skills in Digital Marketing , Analytics, and Account and Partnership Management. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into full-time positions for either a Client Marketing Operations Specialist Role or a Content Publishing Coordinator Role.
This role provides a great paid training program to set you up for success, and there’s a clear transition into a full-time role after training.
Participate in an intensive 6-month training program that covers various business functions in Digital Marketing, including Analytics and Account and Partnership Management.
Play an important part in supporting our account management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Be responsible for one of our most important assets as an agency, our network of nonprofit-focused publishers which is made of bloggers, publications, and other businesses.
Transition into a client-facing role once you’re ready to become the go-to person for your own set of clients.
This is a full-time position, with a 3-month paid training program designed to help you master SEO and marketing operations.
During training, compensation will be 70% of the full-time employee salary.
Salary during the training period is approximately 70,000 pesos per month.
Full-time salary after training is approximately 100,000+ pesos per month.
We currently have 98+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members, and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!
Location
This is a work-from-home setup.
You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)
Enthusiastic individuals with an interest in Digital Marketing, and/or the nonprofit sector.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated and eager to learn new skills and contribute to client success.
Fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent spoken English is a must – You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with native English speakers via Zoom. This includes strong English skills, confident verbal communication, and the ability to articulate ideas concisely in real-time conversations.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their "American business English" speaking voice as part of the application process.
Duration: 90 Days (Full-Time)
Compensation: Paid (70% of full-time employee salary)

Paid vacation time
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid life leave*
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.
*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
