About Fisch Group
Fisch Group is a boutique advisory firm providing fractional CFO and accounting to founders, family offices, and private businesses. We work closely with entrepreneurs and principals across a range of industries, including real estate, consumer brands, hospitality, and professional services. Our work is highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on building clean financial systems and acting as long-term strategic partners to our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Family Office Controller to lead the accounting function across a group of related personal, investment, and operating entities. This role will oversee all bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting, while managing a small team of bookkeepers and serving as the primary financial point of contact for the family office.
This role functions as the financial backbone of the organization — responsible for clean books, strong controls, high-quality reporting, and seamless coordination with external advisors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, judgment-oriented, and comfortable operating in a multi-entity, high-trust environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both do and review the work.
