Who We Are

Geoforce is the world’s leading Field Asset Intelligence provider, on a mission to connect the world’s equipment.

Since 2007, we have helped organizations network the rugged, remote, mobile, and often disconnected equipment their businesses depend on. Today, Geoforce connects more than 250,000 assets across 90+ countries through purpose-built rugged devices, global cellular and satellite connectivity, and powerful cloud software.

Fleet Management solutions were built around drivers and driver workflows. Field Asset Intelligence is built around equipment. By connecting revenue-critical equipment and turning its activity into actionable intelligence, Geoforce helps customers improve utilization, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.

We are building and defining this category — and we want curious, confident people who are energized by the opportunity to build something different.

About the Role

Geoforce is looking for a Senior Demand Generation— a hands-on growth marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. This role is for someone who wants to be directly involved in the ideation, creation, launch, and optimization of campaigns — not simply delegate the work downstream.

Senior Demand Generation owns integrated marketing programs designed to create measurable commercial impact. You will be accountable for — and measured by — qualified leads, marketing-originated pipeline, and marketing-originated bookings.

The work spans three core growth motions: outbound and new-logo acquisition; customer lifecycle programs focused on expansion, cross-sell, and upgrades; and partner marketing focused on new-partner acquisition and activation of existing partners.

Campaigns should be omnichannel and built around the opportunity — combining digital, paid media, email, social, landing pages, direct mail and print, field marketing, events, sales activation, partner activation, and other tactics where they can create impact.

You will work closely with Sales and partner teams to identify the right audiences and opportunities, develop the message and offer, coordinate execution, and ensure disciplined follow-up. You will also help Geoforce win at trade shows by treating events as integrated campaigns — creating attention before the show, memorable experiences on the floor, and measurable follow-up afterward.

This is a hands-on role. You will ideate, write, build, launch, measure, test, learn, and improve using your own abilities and internal specialists, vendors, and partners where they add leverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Own campaign performance against targets for qualified leads, marketing-originated pipeline, and marketing-originated bookings, and use those results to guide optimization and future investment.

  • Architect targeted campaigns around specific accounts, industries, use cases, customer segments, and commercial priorities.

  • Work closely with sellers and partners to understand differentiation for their prospects, customers, territories, pipeline, and growth opportunities.

  • Build campaigns across three core growth motions: outbound/new-logo acquisition; customer lifecycle programs including expansion, cross-sell, and upgrades; and partner marketing including new-partner acquisition and existing-partner activation.

  • Own campaigns from concept through execution and measurement.

  • Create omnichannel programs that span digital, paid media, email, social, landing pages, direct mail and print, field marketing, events, sales plays, partner activation, and other channels that fit the opportunity.

  • Write compelling messaging across email, landing pages, direct mail, presentations, social, events, and sales materials.

  • Own campaigns end-to-end — from audience, insight, offer, message, and creative concept through hands-on build, launch, measurement, and optimization.

  • Use the channels that best fit the opportunity rather than defaulting to a predetermined playbook.

  • Help develop and execute tradeshows, field events, customer experiences, and other activations that create measurable commercial impact. Use CRM, marketing automation, attribution, campaign analytics, funnel data, account intelligence, and seller or partner feedback to manage audiences, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously test audiences, messaging, offers, channels, timing, and creative; use the results to determine what should be scaled, changed, or stopped.

  • Develop and execute tradeshows, field events, customer experiences, and partner activations as integrated campaigns that create measurable commercial impact before, during, and after the event.

  • Lead campaigns and events by assertively activating sellers, teammates, vendors, and other resources even when they do not report to you.

  • Apply AI and GenAI tools to research, ideate, write, develop, personalize, analyze, and produce more effectively.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, field marketing, campaign marketing, or a closely related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience creating integrated, omnichannel campaigns across a mix of digital, paid, email, social, direct mail/print, field, event, sales, and partner channels that contribute to pipeline, revenue, or customer growth.

  • A hands-on builder mentality and the ability to translate strategy into execution without relying primarily on delegation.

  • Strong visual instincts and a high standard for messaging, design, branding, and creative execution.

  • Experience building integrated, omnichannel campaigns across a mix of digital, paid, email, social, direct mail/print, field, event, sales, and partner channels.

  • Meaningful experience using AI and GenAI tools in day-to-day work.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel management; Salesforce and Pardot experience is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using campaign, funnel, pipeline, and revenue data to set targets, diagnose performance, and make decisions.

  • Confidence working directly with sellers, prospects, customers, executives, and external partners.

  • Experience supporting tradeshows, field events, or other in-person marketing activations with energy and a smile.

  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.

  • A bias for action and the judgment to know when to analyze further and when to build, test, and learn.

  • Willingness to travel.

What Matters Most

We think curiosity is a professional capability.

We want someone who genuinely wants to understand why a market behaves differently, why a message works, what Sales or a partner knows that the data does not, what a prospect or customer actually cares about, and what new technology makes possible.

You should be a learner with strong creative, analytical, and commercial instincts. Someone who cares about both the idea and the details. Someone who can help shape the strategy and then open the tools, build the campaign, and get it into market.

You bring energy and confidence without needing to have all the answers. You can lead without formal authority, activate others around an idea, and get stuff done without sacrificing quality.

And when the work ships, you want to know whether it worked, why it worked, and what you should change next.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, industrial technology, energy, construction, equipment, logistics, or related industries.

  • Experience with account-based marketing or highly targeted outbound programs.

  • Experience with direct mail, gifting, experiential, or unconventional campaign concepts.

  • Experience with partner or channel marketing, including partner acquisition, enablement, or activation.

  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, printers, fabricators, event vendors, or other external resources.

  • Content creation or multimedia design skills, including tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, video, photography, presentation design, or lightweight web/landing-page development.

Industry experience is helpful. Curiosity, judgment, creativity, learning velocity, and execution matter more.
