1000- Project Manager

We need an English-fluent Project Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Project Management (Predictive, Hybrid) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) best practices.
• Facilitate team workshops and Agile ceremonies, such as User Story Mapping, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering team members only.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating Agile projects from initiation to completion

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Working knowledge of project management approaches (Predictive/Waterfall, and Hybrid).
• Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Experience facilitating workshops like user story mapping.
• Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.
• Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress.
• Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.
