1013- Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator

We need an English-fluent Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up discipline level Revit models (Arch, MEP, etc.) and CAD backgrounds.
• Assist Engineers with project level support of Revit models and CAD backgrounds.
• Coordinate with architect’s counterpart regarding backgrounds and model set-up
• Perform drafting of MEP trades. Candidate should have knowledge of drafting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to assist when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Revit BIM/ AutoCAD Coordinator.
• Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination tools and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems
• Experience with multi-discipline coordination
• Communication, and problem-solving skills
