984 - 2D Animator

We need an English-fluent 2D Animator, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Animate 35–50 second story-driven sequences in a playful, expressive style.
• Bring characters and environments to life with strong movement, timing, and acting.
• Work on 2D animations as well as clean-up, depending on project needs.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director, visual development artist, and clean-up artist to maintain consistency in style.
• Adapt quickly to feedback and execute revisions efficiently in a fast-paced workflow.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Animator.
• Experience doing clean-up
• Advanced proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony 25 and After Effects.
• Strong animation portfolio demonstrating style, motion, character performance, and versatility.
• Ability to match and maintain the project’s visual style.
• Comfortable working with quick turnarounds.
• Experience working on short-form animated content.
• Big plus: digital compositing skills.
