About the role
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Apprentice to support onboarding, learning operations, LMS management, content creation, and learning programs at HighLevel. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in L&D while working with global teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities
Onboarding & Learning Operations
- Manage onboarding workflows on Sana (our AI-native LMS)
- Track completion, maintain data, and conduct periodic analysis and provide meaningful insights
- Ensure a smooth experience for new hires globally through enabling assimilation journeys
- Resolve employee queries and challenges related to the LMS and learning policies
LMS Management (Sana)
- Develop and strengthen a standard operating procedure for admins
- Own course assignments, catalogue hygiene, and platform quality
- Generate basic reports and insights on learner engagement
Content Creation (AI-enabled)
- Build simple learning modules using AI-native tools
- Work with & guide internal teams to convert knowledge into structured content
Program & Process Management
- Maintain trackers, SOPs, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Learning Session Execution
- Run sessions end-to-end (setup, communication, attendance, feedback)
Analyse feedback and identify areas to improve
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or related fields)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong written communicator, able to create clear, structured content
- Proactive and reliable - you take ownership without needing close supervision
- Comfortable working with tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- You enjoy trying out new tools (AI tools, productivity apps, etc.) and figuring things out on your own
- Comfortable creating simple, structured content — slides, docs, or basic visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and comfort working with data and simple analysis
- Naturally curious — you tend to ask “how does this work?” when exploring new platforms
