Greenhouse is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team!
The Revenue FP&A team plays a critical role in guiding strategic decision-making and operational execution across our Go-To-Market organization. As an FP&A Analyst, you will serve as the primary owner of day-to-day forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Sales and RevOps headcount and operating expenses. Your work will directly shape our understanding of CGS (Customer Growth & Success) performance and help connect headcount and expense assumptions directly to topline results.
In this role, you will focus on executional excellence in financial modeling, headcount tracking, and routine reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to build driver-based models, evaluate hiring timelines, and deliver actionable insights that help business leaders manage resources effectively.

The national pay range for this role is $79,300 - $97,200. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. For US-based employees, we offer short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and company match. U.S. based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 14 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours of paid sick leave. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time annually, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have flexible paid time off (PTO).
