Harness is redefining how companies deliver and release software with speed, safety, and confidence. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will own the go-to-market story for Harness Internal Developer Portal — the “front door” for the platform and the automation backbone for developer self-service.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. Think of this role as the mini-CMO for your module(s). You’ll drive messaging, competitive positioning, sales enablement, customer storytelling, and analyst engagement while also influencing the roadmap with win/loss insights and customer feedback. The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $188,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
