Harness is looking for a highly strategic Web Strategy & AEO/SEO Lead to own the global website experience and organic discoverability strategy for Harness.com. This role sits at the intersection of web strategy, SEO/AEO, content architecture, and growth and is responsible for ensuring Harness is discoverable across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery surfaces (LLMs, answer engines, zero-click experiences).
You will act as the single-threaded owner of website strategy and offsite strategy: setting direction, defining standards, prioritizing initiatives, and orchestrating execution across internal partners and external vendors.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
