For years, advertisers have lived through the challenges of traditional MMMs: the slow, opaque, and correlational models that are tough to bet on. That's why we've built Causal MMM, the MMM we've forever wished we had. Grounded in incrementality as THE source of truth, and engineered to be served at scale to hundreds of brands.
As a Marketing Measurement Specialist (MMM) ( also known as MSP) at Haus, you will play a crucial, hands-on role supporting our fast‑growing cMMM product with dozens of customers and ambitious growth targets in 2026 and ensuring the success of our customers.
cMMM is now a fast‑growing product line with a rapidly expanding customer base and ambitious targets. This role is central to:
Securing revenue and renewals as our cMMM customer base grows.
Keeping us within onboarding SLAs as we scale.
Creating the playbooks, documentation, and AI‑ready workflows that allow cMMM to scale through our Measurement Strategy Managers (MSMs) and product, not just headcount.
This is a chance to be at the heart of that growth: owning a portfolio of cMMM customers, driving renewals and competitive wins, and shaping how a new class of MMM is delivered at scale.
Partner with the Measurement Strategy Managers (MSMs) on multiple customer engagements, from onboarding to model interpretation, in‑app enablement, and action planning - translating cMMM results into concrete planning and budgeting improvements across channels and markets. With the MSM you anchor your work in the customer’s business context, focusing on how their data, goals, and constraints fit together so cMMM can work for them, rather than primarily on the nuts and bolts of data plumbing and API connections.
Protect and grow revenue by delivering high‑quality, on‑time V1 models and follow‑ups (deep‑dive prototypes, scenario work, product releases, technical explanation to non-technical audiences, renewal narratives) that help expand accounts.
Meet onboarding and modeling SLAs at scale, operating within a model where you can support a sizable book of business through strong process, templates, and smart use of tooling - rather than 1:1 white‑glove work everywhere.
MSM partnership & scaled enablement
Partner with Measurement Strategy Managers (MSMs) to define what “good MMM engagement” looks like - co‑creating discovery flows, value stories, and best‑practice motions that MSMs can run repeatedly with their accounts.
Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation that standardize how we run onboardings, renewal conversations, and planning workshops - so they can be scaled through MSMs and our product.
Support case studies, RFP responses and bakeoffs that clearly articulate Haus’ cMMM methodology and value. You will also provide targeted analyses where they matter most, and partner with MSMs and marketing to create social proof collateral (e.g., case studies) that amplifies early cMMM success and drives adoption momentum.
Act as a bridge between manual expertise and automated scale by designing and supervising AI workflows and other automation for cMMM, turning your best analyses and explanations into documentation, guardrails, and training data so repeatable tasks are automated safely and at high quality and you can focus on high‑value prototypes and complex enterprise challenges.
Act as a voice of the customer and technical partner to product, science, and engineering—bringing structured feedback from day‑to‑day engagements and technically partnering on roadmap features and then partnering with MSMs on how to communicate those improvements to customers.
Contribute to the long‑term strategy for scaled cMMM support, helping define the division of labor between product, MSMs, MSPs, and AI so MSPs stay focused on the highest‑leverage work (complex accounts, prototypes, cross‑client insight).
Experience with MMM: 3+ years direct experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (builds, interpretation, and recommendation‑making). You're eager to apply your expertise in MMM to Haus' unique causal and scalable approach to MMM.
Experience with incrementality testing or other marketing experimentation. You understand and appreciate the importance of using incrementality experiments to validate and enhance MMM findings. You also have a general understanding of the marketing measurement landscape.
Customer centricity: 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role. Scrappy and resourceful, and willing to fill any gaps necessary to keep our customers happy. Direct experience at an ad agency is a major plus. We value your firsthand ability to navigate messy media data and translate complex models into the actionable campaign decisions our clients face daily.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, early‑stage environments, juggling multiple customers and priorities while still making progress on longer‑term process and playbook building. You proactively turn uncertainty into an opportunity to solve problems and build from the ground up.
Experience capturing and communicating product feedback from customers to internal technical teams, as well as participating in prioritization and roadmap management decisions
Growth mindset: You're excited about the longer-term opportunity to grow beyond MMM and contribute to a broader measurement platform.
Experience with multi‑touch attribution (MTA) and a point of view on how MMM, MTA, and experiments fit together in a modern measurement stack.
Prior experience at an agency, consultancy, or measurement vendor where you’ve navigated messy media data and connected models to day‑to‑day campaign decisions.
Comfort working with or around AI‑enabled workflows in a B2B SaaS context.
Location: Preference for our NYC hub first, our San Francisco hub second, open to remote.
