As a Salesforce Developer (all genders) in our Revenue Intelligence & Systems team, you will be the technical backbone of HeyJobs' CRM environment. You will design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and custom features that power the daily work of our Sales teams - ensuring data accuracy, seamless processes, and scalable growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role where your code and system architecture directly influence how we acquire, manage, and serve customers. π

Own the technical health, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and all connected revenue systems, with a focus on programmatic and integration-heavy solutions.
Design, develop, and optimize APIs and custom objects to support complex GTM processes.
Integrate Salesforce with adjacent systems (Marketing Automation, Data Warehouse, Finance) via APIs, ensuring reliable data flows and contracts.
Build and maintain automations to improve scale, reliability, and support complex workflows.
Partner with Revenue Intelligence to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and observability across the revenue funnel.
Provide technical support for revenue systems, including debugging code, troubleshooting integrations, and implementing permanent fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
Translate technical solutions into measurable GTM impact, aligning system design and enhancements with revenue goals, operational efficiency, and cross-team priorities.
Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, including managing profiles, roles, sharing, security, and data models.
Strong expertise in automations and integrations to support scalable processes.
Ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into robust, technical solutions.
Demonstrated ownership of technical projects, with end-to-end responsibility for delivering reliable, scalable solutions.
Fluent in English and German (C1), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Bonus:
Experience with revenue-focused Salesforce add-ons
Knowledge of APEX classes
Familiarity with AI-native tools for GTM (e.g., Clay).
