About the role:

We’re hiring a Sr. Business Sourcer (full-time, six-month contract, salaried position) to power the top of the funnel for our business and G&A functions at Hims & Hers. You'll build and engage pipelines of high-signal, diverse talent, with a current focus on Marketing and Creative (brand, creative production, content/social, marketing communications), alongside G&A functions like Finance, Accounting, and Legal. You’ll work in structured, values-aligned ways - adaptability, humble collaboration, ownership, and a bias for action that improve talent density across the teams we support.

You Will:

• Lead sourcing for Marketing and Creative roles (brand, production, creative media, social) as the current top priority, partnering directly with VP and exec-level stakeholders on search strategy

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for Business and G&A roles - from role calibration and search strategy through prospecting, outreach, and handoff of qualified candidates to recruiters

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on intake and calibration to understand must-haves, target profiles, and leveling, and translate them into targeted search strategies

• Build and engage active/passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, outbound campaigns, referrals, professional communities, and rediscovery (silver medalists, alumni)

• Deliver diverse, representative, high-signal slates and a best-in-class candidate experience with clear expectations, timely communication, and warm handoffs

• Use LLMs like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, draft and personalize outreach at scale, and streamline sourcing and research workflows to improve overall efficiency

• Track and report on funnel metrics - pipeline health, response and conversion rates, and slate quality, and use the data to refine search strategy and share market insights

• Document search strings and playbooks, adopt strong ideas from peers, and contribute reusable tools that improve team performance and repeatability

You Have:

• 8+ years of dedicated sourcing experience, either in-house or in combination with agency/search, across business and G&A functions

• 2+ years sourcing specifically within Marketing/Creative functions (brand, creative production, content/social, marketing comms), in addition to broader business/G&A sourcing experience

• Deep hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, and CRM/sourcing tools, with a strong track record engaging and converting passive candidates

• Proven success building high-signal, diverse pipelines across business functions, spanning individual contributors through people managers

• Sharp outbound instincts - you write personalized, compelling outreach and know how to structure sequences that get replies

• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation, outreach personalization, and research - comfortable building prompts, streamlining repetitive tasks, and integrating AI tools into day-to-day sourcing work

• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar to manage pipelines and produce data-driven insights

• Strong partner to recruiters and hiring managers who listens first and brings clear, data-backed market insight

• Strategic, curious builder who turns role requirements into search strategy and stays current on talent-market trends

• Track record elevating team performance in a collaborative, low-ego, high-humility culture; coach and be coached

• Continuous-improvement mindset: streamline processes, remove obstacles, and pilot creative sourcing approaches as needs evolve
