You will shape, edit, and publish content that directly supports hiring decisions across a global creative platform. What You’ll Work On
Editorial Ownership and Execution
- Own the full article lifecycle from brief through publication
- Provide substantive editorial feedback that improves clarity, structure, and usefulness
- Edit and shape decision-driven content such as hiring guides, comparisons, interviews, and evaluations
- Ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with hiring intent
Hiring-Focused Content Development
- Oversee content covering topics such as:
- How companies evaluate design agencies versus freelancers
- How to review portfolios, case studies, and credentials
- Pricing models, scopes of work, and engagement structures
- Common mistakes companies make when hiring creative partners
- Partner with writers to turn briefs into clear, decision-first outlines
- Maintain a strong business lens across all editorial work
SEO and Content Performance
- Apply and enforce on-page SEO best practices without sacrificing editorial quality
- Optimize titles, structure, internal linking, and formatting for discoverability
- Run final pre-publish QA across structure, links, assets, and formatting
- Use performance insights to continuously improve editorial output
Publishing and Workflow Management
- Publish and manage content in the CMS
- Manage multiple pieces simultaneously while delivering on timelines
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate editing, QA, and research without losing editorial judgment
- Maintain consistent editorial standards across all published content
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience editing or producing editorial or B2B content related to hiring, agencies, or professional services
- Proven experience editing decision-driven content that supports business or vendor selection
- Excellent written English with strong structure, clarity, and accuracy
- Hands-on experience with SEO-focused content
- Strong editorial judgment with disciplined fact-checking and QA habits
- Ability to manage multiple articles and deadlines in parallel
- Comfort using AI tools as part of an editorial workflow
- Availability to work EST-aligned hours
Nice to Have
- Experience editing content about design agencies, freelancers, or creative marketplaces
- CMS experience and basic HTML familiarity
- Background working on content tied to marketplaces, hiring flows, or conversion funnels
