We’re looking for a Content Specialist to support a growing travel media brand focused on destination discovery, visual storytelling, and high-quality travel content. This role blends writing, video editing, and light influencer coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across formats and learning quickly in a creative environment.
You will support content production across written travel guides, short-form video, and social posts. This role is execution-focused and collaborative, with clear direction but room to grow creatively.

What You’ll Work On
Written Content and Research
- Draft travel guides, destination features, and hotel highlights based on outlines and prompts
- Research destinations, attractions, and travel experiences and synthesize information into clear, engaging copy
- Adapt to an established brand voice and writing style
- Turn simple prompts such as destination lists or recommendations into polished drafts
Short-Form Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels using provided footage and voiceovers
- Assist with basic storyboarding and visual planning
- Produce clean, lightly edited reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Apply captions, pacing, and visual structure appropriate for social platforms
Influencer and Promotional Support
- Research travel influencers on Instagram and TikTok
- Support outreach and coordination for collaborations or promotional posts
- Create simple static social posts using Canva
- Source images and video assets from brand kits or approved libraries
What You Bring
- Experience creating or supporting travel or lifestyle content in any format
- Comfort editing short-form video using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
- Strong written English skills with attention to clarity and tone
- Solid research skills and ability to work from outlines or direction
- Familiarity with social platforms, especially Instagram and short-form video trends
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple content tasks
Nice to Have
- Background in content marketing or social media for travel or lifestyle brands
- Canva design experience beyond basic templates
- Familiarity with tools like Substack, Notion, or simple CMS platforms
- Portfolio with travel-related writing or short-form video
- Ability to produce more polished edits with motion, sound, or tighter pacing
