Weβre looking for a Growth & Email Outreach Manager who can own outbound email outreach and lifecycle-style activation campaigns for a global creative marketplace. This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven, focused on getting the right pages, products, and opportunities in front of the right designers, agencies, and partners at the right time.
You will fully own email outreach and automation from setup to optimization, supporting discovery, activation, reactivation, and early monetization initiatives across the platform. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, lifecycle, outreach, and revenue enablement.

What Youβll Work On
Email Outreach and Automation Ownership
- Own email outreach and automation end to end, from setup through optimization
- Build, manage, and maintain outreach tools and platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Apollo, Woodpecker, or similar
- Create and launch email sequences for designer and agency onboarding, reactivation, and monetization
- Ensure clean data flows, segmentation, and routing across outreach systems
Activation and Monetization Campaigns
- Promote new category and discovery pages through targeted outbound email campaigns
- Activate designers and agencies into paid products, hiring, or promotional paths
- Identify high-intent users and route qualified leads into appropriate sales or monetization flows
- Support early revenue experiments tied directly to lifecycle and outreach performance
Growth and Partner Outreach
- Run operational outreach for partnerships, collaborations, and promotion initiatives
- Support link-building style outreach when tied to category launches or discovery growth
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, SEO, and Product teams on launches and campaigns
Reporting and Optimization
- Track and report weekly on outreach performance including opens, replies, conversions, activations, and revenue influenced
- Monitor engagement patterns and continuously refine messaging, sequencing, and targeting
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations and next-step actions
What You Bring
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, email outreach, lifecycle marketing, BDR, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience owning email automation and outreach tools
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, confident, and thoughtful outreach style
- Comfortable working independently and owning execution without heavy oversight
- Strong understanding of how outreach connects to activation, conversion, and revenue
Nice to Have
- Experience working with marketplaces, SaaS, or creator platforms
- Basic SEO knowledge, especially around category or discovery page promotion
- Experience running reactivation or early monetization campaigns
- Comfort using AI tools to support research, segmentation, or copy iteration
