As a Retail Analytics Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Data Analysts within the Retail unit. You combine people leadership with operational contribution, ensuring both strong delivery and continuous competence development.

→ Years of experience in analytics and/or business development
→ Deep expertise in data analytics, strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable insights
→ Proven experience leading complex analytics initiatives and projects
→ Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and contribute to Communities of Practice
→ Experience leading, coaching and developing others
→ A strong understanding of fashion retail, with deeper knowledge of the physical store environment
