You can support our clients by:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping.
- Support clients with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities and community outings.
- Assist with medication reminders, administering and monitor client wellbeing.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Promote a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for clients.
Our current positions do require drivers with a full driving license and access to their own reliable vehicle.
Must have the Right To Work in the UK.
